The difficulty is how to install the interface module at the beginning and end of the network cable.
The starting point is the installation of the "network module strip" located in the home information access box, and the end of the installation is the RJ45 information module. The following are separately described:

The installation of the information module refers to the RJ45 information module, which meets the T-568A super five transmission standard and complies with the T568A and T568B line sequence. It applies to the communication socket connection between equipment and work area. The main difference of the termination mode of the information module is the internal fixed connection mode of the following T568A module and T568B module. The connection sequence of the two termination modes is shown in the following table:

1. Need to install RJ45 information module to install RJ45 information module In front of the jack, there are 8 core wire contacts corresponding to the eight wires of the twisted pair respectively; the rear side is divided into four wire posts and the shell is polycarbonate. Materials, wire posts are embedded with metal clips that connect the various wire needles; a universal line sequence color code is clearly marked on both sides of the module, divided into two rows. Row A represents the T586A line sequence mode, and Row B represents the T586B line sequence mode. This is the most common RJ45 information module that requires wire bonding tools.



The specific production steps are as follows:
Step 1: Pull the twisted pair cable out of the cassette, set aside 40 centimeters and cut off the excess line. Use a stripping tool or crimping tool to strip the twisted pair's jacket around the first 10 cm of the line. as the picture shows.



Step 2: Separate the stripped twisted pair cores by pairs, but do not open the pairs first, and only when the corresponding pairs are pre-pressed into the threaded posts. Select the preferred line-sequential mode according to the color code indicated on the information module (Note: In a cabling system, it is best to use only one line-sequential mode, otherwise it will be disorderly, if the network is inaccessible, it will be difficult to check). Place it parallel to the rear face of the module. Slightly twist the twisted pair with both hands. Press the wire slightly into the corresponding slot as shown.



Step 3: After all wire pairs are pressed into the slots, a single wire core can be further pressed into the wire slot using the 110-wire tool (below).



The use method of 110 threading tools is: the edge of the cutting line is always towards the side of the module, the threading tool and the module are inserted into the slot vertically, and the vertical force is applied, and a “click” sound is heard, indicating that the groove of the tool is already The core is pressed into place and embedded in a metal clip that has been cut into the edge of the copper core to form a pathway. Here do pay attention to the following two points: If the knife edge outwards - If you forget to become inward, pressing in also cuts the copper wire that should have been connected; Vertical insertion - skewed will make the metal clip's mouth support Once you open, you will no longer have the ability to bite, and the string will collapse. It is difficult to repair. This module can be scrapped. If the newly purchased good tool is impacting, it should be able to cut off multiple cores. If it does not work, I will impact several times and can be twisted by hand as shown in the figure.



Step 4: Fasten the plastic dust-proof sheet of the information module to the thread post, and fasten the thread-cutting module to the information panel.


2. No-linear RJ45 information module installation The design of the wire-free RJ45 information module facilitates the quick and accurate termination without the use of wire-threading tools. There are no wire posts, but there are two rows of four metal clips inside the module. , And the locking mechanism is integrated in the buckle lock cap, the color mark is also marked on the back end of the buckle lock cap, when the termination, use scissors to cut out about 4CM line, according to the color code to put the core into the corresponding slot, Buckle, then use the pliers to press the lock cap (some can be pressed by hand and locked). The buckle lock cap ensures that the copper wire is completely terminated and prevented from slipping, and the buckle lock cap is mostly transparent to facilitate observation of the bite of the wire and the metal clip, as shown in the figure.



Installation of the network module bar There are two types of network module bars in the home information access box. The first is that the back side and the front of the network module bar are RJ45 jacks; the second is a more formal information module, that is to say, The jack on the module strip is actually a number of RJ45 information modules. The former is to simplify the terminating module strips, avoiding the need to hit the module, just plug in the crystal plug, and the latter needs to use the 110-wire tool to terminate the twisted-pair cable as mentioned above.
Here only to talk about the first type of network module strip is the RJ45 jack termination method, the second is no longer tired.
Loosen the two screws that connect the network module area to expose the wiring section at the back of the module. Cut the type 5 cable introduced into the cabinet and reserve 40 cm. After crimping the Rj45 crystal plug, insert the corresponding plug on the back of the voice/data connection module. Holes, and make a mark, so that the connection of the room information socket to the home call audio/data connection module is completed.



The following describes the crimping method of RJ45 crystal head: The above information module is lined by T568A standard, so the crystal head here is also crimped according to T568A standard.
Remove 5 cm twisted pair jacket 2 cm. Straighten the pair by straightening. Straighten the color lines in parallel on the hand according to the T568A standard line sequence, and then leave about 1 cm. Hold the crystal head with your left hand, and carefully insert the network of T568A standard line sequence into the crystal head with your right hand. Note that there is a slot in the crystal head. Only one core is allowed to pass through and the first line is inserted into the slot. The right hand should try its best to insert it and shake it to the left and right at the same time, in order to insert the core into the end, and also at the end of the formation.
This can be seen from the face of the crystal head. If you can see the bright cross section of all eight copper wires, it means that it has been inserted into the end, otherwise it will come out again and you may have to trim the thread again. When you see the bright cross section of all eight copper wires, you can use the Rj45 crimping tool to crimp and serve. When crimping, you must also consciously clamp the top wire. After crimping, you must look again. Whether or not the bright section of the eight copper lines are still visible may not be unsuccessful. See below:
