Cause of failure 1. The aggregate particle size is too large 2. The moisture content of the dry mix material is too large 3. The pressure of the conveying air flow is too low 4. The cross-section of the air inlet pipe is too small. The air supply volume of the pressure fan is small. Solution 1 Failure: Solution If the feed pipe is blocked, the machine should be stopped, the air valve closed, the feed pipe removed from the elbow, the air valve open, and the rotor's stock be blown out. Then check the feed pipe, hit the block with a wooden stick, loosen or empty the blockage (Note: Before the discharge elbow or pipeline is disconnected, the pressure in the transfer pipe should be reduced to 0). The pipe is further connected to the elbow and blown out with the compressed air. If the conveying distance exceeds 40m, each 20m long pipeline should be handled separately.
Fault 2 Solution: Stop the machine and turn off the air valve. If the discharge elbow is blocked, the pipeline should be dismantled and the elbows and rotor cavity should be cleaned to reduce the water-cement ratio of the mixture.
Fault 3 Solution: Stop the motor and the air supply line. If the rotor is blocked, remove the air inlet pipe and the upper air pipe, and clean the rotor material chamber with a brush.
Fault 4 Solution: Replace the large section air duct and replace the large capacity air compressor.
