Sliding bearing lubrication method

Oil lubrication sliding bearings commonly used lubrication methods are:
(1) Manual lubrication
When it was found that the bearing's lubricating oil was insufficient, the oiler was used to supply oil at the proper time. This was the original method. This method is difficult to maintain a certain amount of oil, due to inadvertent forgetting the risk of refueling, usually only used for light load, low speed or intermittent sports occasions. For example, a dust cover or ball valve is provided on the oil filling hole, and a felt, cotton, wool or the like is used as a filtering device.
(2) Dripping oil lubrication
From the container through holes, needles, valves, etc. to supply a roughly quantitative amount of oil, the classic is a drop oil cup. The amount of drip oil varies significantly with the viscosity of the lubricant, bearing clearance, and the position of the oil supply hole. For light and medium bearings with a peripheral speed of less than 4 to 5 m/s.
(3) Oil ring lubrication
Can only be used for lubrication of horizontal shafts. The lubricant oil in the sump is brought into the bearing by a ring that is hung on the shaft and can be rotated. Suitable for medium and high speed bearings with shaft diameters greater than 50mm. The oil ring is perfectly seamless. When the ratio of the width to the diameter of the bearing is less than 2, only one oil ring can be used, otherwise two oil rings are required.
(4) Oil rope lubrication
The wick's capillary action and siphon action direct the lubricating oil in the oil cup to the bearings for light and medium-load bearings with peripheral speeds of less than 4 to 5 m/s. The wick also has a filtering effect.
(5) Oil pad lubrication
Use the capillary action of the oil pad to apply lubricant from the oil bath to the surface of the shaft. This method allows the friction surface to always be kept clean, but the dust can also clog the pores and cause insufficient oil supply. Oil lubricated oil supply is usually only 1/20 of oil lubricated.
(6) Oil bath lubrication
A method of lubricating a part of a bearing into a lubricating oil. This method is often used for axial thrust bearings and not for horizontal shaft radial bearings.
(7)Spray bearing
The lubricating oil supply bearing splashed by the slap of the rotary member in the oil tank is suitable for bearings with higher speed.
(8) Spray lubrication
Lubricating oil is sprayed onto the friction surface and is suitable for high speed bearings.
(9) Pressure lubrication
Relies on the pressure of the lubrication pump to supply oil to the bearing, and the lubricant discharged from the bearing is recycled to the oil pool for recycling. It is a stable lubrication method with high oil supply. It is suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty, important sliding bearings.

Grinding method

About diamond grinding paste, particle size from W40 to W0.5. W40 is the coarsest, with a large amount of grinding, and W0.5 is the smallest. It is used for polishing, and it does not anneal, and it can also grind the hard knife.

Method of use:

The coarse W40 abrasive paste applied to borotartar can accelerate and increase the grinding amount without annealing.

Then, AFTER the rough grinding paste on the knife is cleaned, W0.5 grinding paste is applied to the ruby or natural jade for polishing, and the effect thrown out is a mirror.

Green silicon carbide, white corundum, brown corundum of these three kinds of whetstone hardness is not enough, coupled with a little coarse particle size, easy to grind out the cross, and the other three kinds of whetstone in polishing, grinding will not annealing.

If the particle size is greater than 1000, there is no difference. It mainly depends on the grinding paste used. When the grinding paste of W1.5 is applied to the ruby with 1000 mesh, its grinding effect is the effect of the grinding paste of W1.5, that is, the effect of the whetstone with 2500 particle size
