First, the mold clamping process

Second, the injection device
After the injection process mold is locked by the clamping force, the injection device is brought into the working condition to make the nozzle and the mold fit. After the injection solenoid valve is energized, the injection cylinder is filled with pressurized oil, pushes the screw connected to the piston rod of the cylinder, and injects the melt in the cylinder into the locked cavity according to the graded pressure and speed.
Third, the pressure holding process
During the filling process of the molten material, after filling, the screw is required to maintain a certain pressure on the molten material to prevent the molten material from flowing back in the mold; at the same time, a pressure holding pressure is applied to replenish the product in the cavity to cool and shrink the product. The materials needed to avoid defects such as shrinkage holes in plastic products.
Fourth, cooling and pre-forming process
Once the gate is sealed, the pressure-holding process is cancelled and the product is naturally cooled and shaped in the mold. At the same time, the pre-plastic oil motor is driven to rotate the screw, and the granular plastic from the hopper is conveyed forward for plasticization. After the plasticization of the raw material reaches a predetermined measurement value, in order to prevent the molten plastic from overflowing the nozzle, it is necessary to move the screw backward by a certain distance, that is, to prevent the delay.
5. Injection equipment retreat, mold opening and plastic product ejection process
After the pre-plasticizing and anti-ducting process is finished, in order to prevent the nozzle from forming a cold material or the like due to contact with the cold mold for a long time, it is usually necessary to evacuate the nozzle from the mold, that is, to enter the injection device. Whether the action is executed or not, and the sequence of execution is available for selection. Once the product is cooled and shaped, the mold is opened and the product is ejected.
