7. The safety steel wire rope shall not be twisted or bent, nor be stained with oil or sundries; the working steel wire rope shall not be tortuous, and must not be stained with mortar or sundries. The phenomenon of broken wire, disordered strands, cracking, abrasion, corrosion, etc. must be found and must be in accordance with the requirements of the regulations. Replace it.

8. During the construction of hanging blue, the lessee shall wrap the vertical poles and horizontal railings of the hanging blue against the wall with a thick sponge or a soft packing to avoid damage to the building and hanging blue.

9. It is forbidden to disassemble hoisting machines, safety locks, wire ropes, etc. when working platforms are suspended in the air. When a fault must be removed and replaced, it must be carried out by professionals on the premise of the implementation of safety measures. After the replacement, the premise of ensuring safety will be lowered to the ground to conduct a comprehensive inspection, and if everything is normal, it can continue to work.

11. When an emergency such as a wire rope breakage occurs during work, the operator should be calm and calm, and withdraw from the work platform while ensuring safety, and be handled by professionals.

12. Each time before use, safety inspection must be performed according to the use requirements. The safety lock must be sent to the professional manufacturer for overhaul after exceeding the calibration period. Non-professionals must not disassemble the security lock without permission.

13. The Hang Blue Tenant shall carry out morning, middle and evening safety inspections of the suspension mechanism (including counterweights, wire ropes, rope clamps, bolts, etc.) and hanging blue work platforms on a daily basis. Employees on site should do daily security checks five times a day.

14. When hanging blue is to be shifted, it must be conducted under the guidance of a professional and must be checked by qualified personnel before it can continue to be used.

15. After each construction (including noon break), the hanging blue must be lowered to 30CM ~50CM from the ground . During the hanging blue work, the extra long wire rope (including work and safety wire rope) should be rolled up and off the ground. 15CM suspension, and then the weight is properly suspended.

17. After the use of hanging blue is over, the operator should turn off the power switch, lock the electrical box, clear the wire rope and all parts of the mud, and make rainproof measures (including suspending the construction halfway) for the lift and safety lock electrical boxes. Rainwater enters hoists, safety locks and electrical boxes.

18 , hanging blue shall not be used as a vertical transport tool.

19 , hanging blue in the use of the site within the 10M range shall not have high-voltage lines or high-voltage devices.

Emergency safety measures

1. When there is a sudden power outage during work, the power should be turned off first to prevent accidents during calls and to temporarily withdraw from the work platform while ensuring security.

2. Handling after sudden breakage during work: When the hanging blue is running in the air, a sudden break of the working steel wire rope or failure of the hoisting machine should be fixed to the working wire rope with a short steel wire rope under the condition that the safety lock is normally locked. The upper end is then connected to the work platform and tightened. If the working wire rope cannot ensure safety, the short steel wire rope should be fastened to the safety wire rope before the hoist replacement and overhaul work.
