Hebei Province Family Association comprehensively carried out the evaluation of wood-based panel production capacity in the province

Recently, commissioned by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Association has comprehensively carried out the capacity assessment of wood-based panel products in the province. In the future, in the important links of the province's new-made wood-based panel products, production licenses for new projects, and annual inspections of wood-based panel companies, the provincial associations will give full play to the role of industry organizations, conduct in-depth on-site inspections and provide science for wood-based panel companies. The assessment report provides a first-hand reference for scientific decision-making by government departments.

According to the Order of the Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (No. 9 of 2011), ordinary particleboard, high and medium density fiberboard projects with a single line of 50,000 cubic meters per year, and wood particleboard projects with a single line of 30,000 cubic meters per year. If it is a national industrial policy adjustment and restriction project, the government department will not accept the production license application. Whether the production capacity of the wood-based panel production line can meet the above standards requires an authoritative department to conduct on-site assessment. The provincial association has fully undertaken the assessment of the production capacity of the wood-based panel products in the province.

Since June, commissioned by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Hebei Provincial Furniture Association has organized relevant experts to conduct a site inspection of a number of wood-based panel enterprises in Wen'an and Yucheng, and conducted a scientific assessment of the production capacity of the new production lines. And submitted a rigorous assessment report to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

According to the Order of the Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (No. 9 of 2011), the same category of restrictions: the production and use of disposable wood products and wooden packaging with high-quality forestry as raw materials and the comprehensive processing of wood and bamboo Wood bamboo processing project with low utilization rate, plywood and blockboard production line of less than 10,000 cubic meters per year. Among the encouraged categories are: wood-based composite materials and structural man-made board technology development, wood composite materials, bamboo engineering materials production and comprehensive utilization, water-based wood and other environmentally friendly, resource-saving coatings production and so on. Among the eliminated categories are: wet fiberboard production processes.
