Product Description

Neutral protease is fermented and extracted as a solid enzyme preparation from bacillus subtilis. In certain temperature, ph value, it can hydrolyze Macromolecular proteins into polypeptide, amino acid with special flavor. Widely apply on various animal/vegetable protein hydrolysis, baking, leather depilation, feather soften, silk degumming, film recycling and pharmaceutical etc.



Product Feature

1, thermal stability: the optimal temperature of 40 °C ~ 50 °C.

2. PH stability: The most suitable effect is pH 6.5-7.5, and the inactivation below PH5.0 is severe.

Application Guide

1.Feed enzyme: The enzyme is used in combination with a-amylase, acid protease, cellulase, and saccharification enzyme. Can be widely used in piglets, bred pigs, poultry, fish feeding. The reference dosage is 3-10 u/g.

  2. For leather hair removal: Enzymatic hair removal (35-42°C, pH7.5, 20-25u/ml) → Washing → Pickling → Rubbing.
  3, For film recovery: 45 °C, pH7.0-7.5, with 20-23u/ml recovery.

  4, For silk degumming: pretreatment → dehydration → acid treatment (protease 18-24u/ml, soap 0.75%, 48-50 °C, 30-60 minutes, pH 7-8) → dehydration → wrinkle skin → rinse → dehydration → Shake loose → dry → shake loose.

  5, The pharmaceutical industry: drugs containing neutral protease, can play anti-inflammatory, gallbladder, analgesic, to help digestion.

  6, The application of the baking industry: to improve the gloss of the finished product, uniform structure, taste crisp and crisp.





Packaging and storage

1.Packaging specification: 25KGS/Bag or according to customer's requirement.

2. The shelf life is 12 months under 20ºC.

3. Damp and insolation should be avoided. Store it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.





Precautions 
1, This product can be completely soluble in water, use safe and reliable. Do not directly contact the enzyme preparation during operation. If there is contact, rinse it with clean water.

  2. The original packaging should be used as soon as it is opened, and the remaining parts must be stored in a zigzag.
