High-precision keyway processing method

Figure 1 is the positioning cylinder of the keyway symmetry integrated plug gauge, material Cr12, heat treatment hardness HRC60～64, the symmetry tolerance of the keyway to the axis is 0.005mm, which is only equivalent to 1/10 of the measured element, and the precision requirement is relatively high. Processing is also difficult. According to the practice, this paper introduces the main process methods as follows, for reference only.
