Diamond saw blade clamp machine

Stone processing equipment diamond frame sawing machine, in China's stone processing technology field, is still the only new professional high-efficiency machine. It can be loaded with 40-80 diamond saw blades at a time, and saw more than 39-79 large-size stone wool boards with a width of 1.9-2.2×1.6m. The sawing thickness of the board is uniform, the flatness is good, the roughness is low, the rough grinding process can be omitted, and the production efficiency is 6-10 times that of the old sandstone saw. However, the machine is limited by the saw blade clamp mechanism of the saw machine. Despite the use of the world's most advanced diamond frame saw blade saw blade clamp (Fig. 1), the thickness of the sawed stone is at least 20 mm.
