The machining of the crankshaft connecting rod journal is one of the key processes in crankshaft machining. In the past, the tool for machining the third and fourth connecting rod journals of the crankshaft designed by our factory can only process one type of crankshaft. Not only the economic benefits are poor, but also the production cycle is long. At the same time, because the fixtures are cumbersome, it takes time and effort to replace the tooling, and it is easy to damage the equipment. To this end, we have designed an adjustable fixture that works well. First, the fixture structure is shown in Figure 1.
